Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

We process your email address when you sign in, browser or guest identifiers, uploaded novels, worldline settings, choices and generated events. We also process security and operational logs, payment transaction identifiers, ticket balances and billing-event records. Full payment-card details are handled by CCBill, not stored by Worldline Forge.

2. How information is used

Information is used to provide reading and interactive features, save and restore progress, deliver sign-in codes, process entitlements, prevent fraud and abuse, reconcile purchases and understand aggregate acquisition, retention and unit economics.

3. Service providers

We use infrastructure, storage, model, email and payment providers to operate Worldline Forge. Uploaded content is processed to create and run your worldlines. Providers receive information needed for their service, not permission to publicly publish your private novel.

4. Retention and deletion

Private-source retention varies by account and is disclosed at purchase. Eligible sources can be extended by using world tickets. Expired source worlds, related events and scores are periodically removed. Billing records and limited audit events may be retained longer for reconciliation, fraud prevention, security and legal obligations.

You may delete a private world through the service when that control is available. Clearing browser storage removes local identifiers and resume metadata, but does not by itself delete server-side records.

5. Storage and browser data

Worldline Forge uses local browser storage for sign-in tokens, language, advertising preferences, reading progress and the most recent worldline reference. Do not use a shared device for a private account unless you also clear that data when finished.

6. Optional advertising

Optional Google advertising is off until you allow it on this browser. We do not request advertising when Global Privacy Control is enabled. Allowing ads does not override a chapter's publishing rights, territory restrictions or ad-free membership. Google may use cookies even when delivering non-personalized ads. You may keep reading without ads and change your choice at any time through Advertising preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent may reload the page to stop previously loaded advertising code. This choice controls optional advertising; it is not a guarantee of ad delivery or a substitute for the advertising provider's own privacy settings.

7. Your choices and security

Use the original email account to restore eligible progress and purchases. Contact support for access or privacy requests. We apply access controls, encrypted source storage and operational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. We do not sell your private novel or sign-in email.
